At our Kitchen we allow guests to enjoy free access to our kitchen where one can learn to cook typical native dishes in traditional way from Farm produce like organic milk , organic vegetables , country chicken and eggs are used from our poultry .
Delicious, wholesome meals are prepared using fuel from the biogas generated in the farm. Food is prepared by local women at our kitchen . Nature Nook Kitchen contribute to nearly 80% of ingredients used in the kitchen which are organic . We believe in “Farm to Table ”
Farm-fresh eggs and milk, butter, cottage cheese ( Paneer ), curd and butter milk prepared from the resident local breed cows . The forest abounds with wild edible foods and the monsoon adds seasonal delights like bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
